An in-cab advisory system for rail operators. Two years of research, stakeholder alignment and information architecture translated into a calm interface for a high-stakes environment.

A diagnostic quiz that routes each user through a large catalogue of programmes towards a personal, actionable next step — and doubles as the top of a considered funnel. Live for one year, 2500+ submissions, many of them qualified leads.

Reorganising a 20+ product platform across two very different streams — Selfcare and Business — into a website that is simple to navigate and a proper showcase for the whole catalogue. Done with a Brand Designer under my supervision.
